Julius Erving a.k.a "Dr. J" recently demonstrated that even at the age of 63 the NBA legend can still catch serious air and slam dunk a basketball. Dr. J also recently demonstrated that purchasing luxury real estate is something he is still good at with the purchase of this 6-bed, 8-bath, 10,704-square-foot Atlanta, GA house on 3 acres for $1.8 million.

The Swiss design Castle-like home is complete with a 3-car garage, elevator, wine cellar, home theater,  huge exercise room with a steam shower and an outdoor fireplace area.
